Champaign-Urbana: Conexión. Ven y conéctate.

by Ann Abbott Aside from our valued community-partnerships, one-time or short-term opportunities to serve in the community often come up during the semester. Students are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunities for two reasons: To expand their experiences in the community and with different community partners. To ensure that they get 28 hours of community service in by the last day of classes. Alejandra Coronel just wrote to me about one of these opportunities. I hope that our "Spanish in the Community" students can attend and help. We would like to invite you to participate in CONEXIÓN, an upcoming outreach event.
